  1. Our general conditions apply to every offer from us as a merchant to you as a consumer (every natural person who obtains or uses marketed products or services for non-professional objectives).
  2. We only deliver within the European Union. If a delivery address in another country is specified, we reserve the right to refuse this order.
  3. To place an order, you must be 18 years or older. If you are under 18, you should request your parents or legal guardian to place the order for you. In case we notice that an order is placed by a minor, we reserve the right to refuse this order.
  4. Placing an order on our website implies the express acknowledgment of our General Terms and Conditions that are available on the website.
  5. If you place an online order, a copy of these General Terms and Conditions will be provided in a format that you can print or save together with the order confirmation. You will receive this at the latest upon delivery. It is recommended to always keep this copy for future reference.
  6. If any additional Special Conditions are applicable in addition to the General Terms and Conditions, these Special Conditions will take priority. In case our General Terms and Conditions should be contrary to these Special Conditions, the customer can always apply the most advantageous clause in its favor.

  1. If an offer is subject to certain conditions or has a limited duration, this will be explicitly mentioned in our offer.
  2. What we offer to sell will always be described as completely and accurately as possible. In order to let you make a proper assessment, the description aims to be sufficiently detailed. If graphics are used, they are a true reflection of the goods and/or services. But to err is human and in case we made an obvious mistake, we are not obliged to deliver the order if this would prove impossible. Once we confirm your order by email and/or once we have received approval from the card issuer for payment transactions through our online payment platform for credit or debit cards, your order is complete and the contract between us is final. We accept Maestro, MasterCard and Visa. If your payment to us is refused by the issuer of your card, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery and/or non-delivery of your order. Orders without valid payment in the name of the registered cardholder will not be processed or accepted.
  3. In order to purchase a product, add the product to your shopping cart. Afterwards, fill in your contact information and optionally billing information. Then choose your delivery method to an address of your choice. In the last step an overview page is given, where you can accept our General Terms and Conditions and confirm your payment. Your payment is final once you accept this.
  4. SavaS only sells to individuals. This means that orders cannot be placed and we are not able to sell you products if you buy products that are not intended for personal use, but for example for resale or if you are a business.

right to recall

  1. If you buy goods from us, you have the right to decide that you do not want to keep the goods for 14 days after delivery. Your order can be overruled without paying a fine and returned without giving any reason (the transport costs will need to be covered by yourself). Within 14 days after we received your order, the full purchase price will be refunded by us via the payment method you chose when ordering the product. If you paid with MasterCard or Visa, the amount will appear on the next monthly statement you receive from MasterCard or Visa.
  2. During the first 14 days after delivery, we expect you to take good care of your ordered product(s) and packaging. If you want to return the goods as described above, they can be unpacked only to the extent as necessary to assess whether you want to keep the goods or not.   7. After the expiry of the above-mentioned timeframe, the package will be returned to 30 days later, your order will be refunded after deduction of any additional shipping costs.
  8. If we are unable to deliver on time, we will always warn you before the scheduled delivery expires. If we don't, you can cancel your order at no cost. In that case we will refund your order within 30 days after the cancellation.
